All gymnasts have worked extremely hard within their sessions to secure skills on their proficiency badges and execute skills with the finest accuracy.
Myself and the coaches would like to congratulate Tasha and Charley for achieving their level 6. They both demonstrated excellent determination towards their skills and wouldn’t let anything get in their way. Well done, Tasha and Charley.
The girls were not alone in success this week with the boys bouncing to glory. Dylan and Ryan worked tirelessly on ensuring their front somersaults were opening out at 12 o’clock (technical language for those who are new to the sport) great achievement boys. Even our younger jumpers Cameron and Jake showed commitment to their twists out of landings and securing a safe landing in preparation for adding skills on this. Keep up the good work boys.
One last achievement and shout out; Our coach and gymnasts Jemma has worked tremendously over the last few months and has secured a place in the regional trampoline final on Sunday at Loughborough (AMAZING – I know!). She has been training hard this week, as well as devoting her expertise to coaching all our gymnasts, we would like to take this opportunity to wish Jemma best of luck (even though she doesn’t need it) go show them how we bounce Jem’s.
Our moto “Aim for the moon and should you miss you will land among the stars!”
Well done Big Jumpers’!
