Raising a Concern/Incident
Anyone can speak to one of our coaches/welfare officers.
All conversations are kept private and confidential, however if any information is disclosed to the welfare team it will be logged in line with safeguarding and welfare policy and procedures. This may result in the Welfare Officer carrying out an investigation to the claim or forwarding to the appropriate agencies.
Welfare officers are available to talk about any concerns you may have.
To raise or report a concern you can:
Email our welfare officer:
Speak to a member in person.
Complete a ‘safeguarding incident recording form’ and return via post or email
If you feel you cannot talk to anyone at club you can speak to one of the following regional welfare officers.
